can someone please tell me why rated horse shows are so freaking expensive?!
ughh and they wonder why more and more people are not showing up to them jesus

i’ll do ten horsy and non horsy things
- i’ve been riding for 10 (almost 11) years
- one of my many pet peeves is when riders do things while riding to make their horse “look better” but it’s incorrect and could hurt their horse
- buying my horse was the best decision i’ve ever made for my riding career
- my best friends are the ones i’ve made at my barn.
- if it weren’t for my trainer i would be no where near the level that i’m at today
- i’ve been showing for 7 years? maybe 8, i’m not sure.. i think it’s 8
- my life dream is to find someone who truly loves me and to be happy with my life (corny, i know:p)
- i wish i was like an inch (possibly 2) shorter than i am
- i think i may be in love
- i hope that things change when i graduate high school, because even though i have some really good friends (not including my barn friends because i will dearly miss them) i hope to find people who i can be friends with that will never talk about me behind my back/never do anything to hurt me
